4.5 dobato.au does not verify, endorse, or guarantee user-generated content. Users rely on content at their own risk.
- Prohibited Content
You must not post content that:
• Is unlawful, defamatory, false, or misleading
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
• Discriminates against protected characteristics
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains personal data of others without consent
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Promotes scams, fraud, or illegal activity

- Moderation and Enforcement

8.1 Listings are user-generated and not verified.
8.2 We are not a party to any transaction between users.
8.3 All transactions are conducted at users’ own risk.
8.4 Users should exercise caution when engaging in transactions.
- Paid Membership
9.1 Payments are processed via Stripe.
9.2 Prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
9.3 Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law.
9.4 Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
9.5 No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended due to breaches of these Terms.
9.6 Membership benefits may be modified at our discretion.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dobato.au, its operator, moderators, and affiliates are not liable for any:

• Financial loss from reliance on content
